Yes, the numbers speak for themselves! Here is the tip of 2006. Get your pennies together and buy raw acreage in far rural towns of AZ. I foresee current acreage prices averaging 3-5k/acre moving to appx 20k/acre within 4 years! My picks: San Simon,McNeal,Elfrida,
Cochise Stronghold.(Portal is nice but getting pricey).
Nice climate down there. Traditionally Cochise county has had some of the least expensive irrigated land in Arizona because most of Cochise county is private land unlike most of Arizona.
