Unlike Las Vegas, Phoenix has several areas with high rise condos.

Based on the number of high rise condos sold, the top Phoenix areas are;

1. Tempe 2. Scottsdale and NE Valley 3. Midtown Phoenix 4. Downtown Phoenix 5. Camelback Corridor/Biltmore

In total, over 3,000 units are sold or under hard contract. The total of all units, including unreleased units would be approaching 6,000 units.

ASU, Tempe Town Lake and the prospect of a straight line light rail commute to downtown Phoenix have remade the Tempe waterfront.

Scottsdale has a lot of high rise condos under construction and once those units are sold, Scottsdale will be the top location for high rise condos in the Greater Phoenix area.
