Arizona spec home inventory drifts lower

More evidence that the skyrocketing new spec home inventory in Arizona has stopped growing.

There is an important difference in psychology for the home builders, I believe, between seeing high and rapidly growing inventory and high but flat inventory. The second scenario has a lot less fear.

Heck, they’ll probably be cocky again in no time…
