Scottsdale - 101 to be wall to wall retail

Between Desert Ridge and Scottsdale Road, 3 large retail/commercial/residential projects are planned; CityNorth, One Scottsdale and Palisene.

DMB executive Robert Mayhew said he doesn’t think all three will be built.
