Shea Commercial – the office condo people – reorganize

Shea Commercial is splitting off it’s brokerage business from it’s office condo development business.

Shea Commercialâ€™s office condo development business will be reorganized as a real estate investment trust as of Jan. 1. It will also be renamed and Jim Riggs will continue his role as founder and CEO.

A REIT. Now that’s interesting!

Shea Commercial developed the office condo concept and is the nation’s largest office condo developer. They would seem a natural to take the office condo concept national. They have some real potential for growth.
