Friendlier but not cheaper - Western real estate stagnates

You gotta admire the California Association of Realtors for having the guts to predict the median home price in California would fall next year.

The Los Angeles-based association estimated that the median home price in California would decline 2 percent next year, to $550,000, compared with a projected median of about $561,000 this year.

By the way, after Texas, Arizona is the second most popular destination for Californians to move to.
