These price graphs are telling, of ONE part of the story. I always like to look at absorption rate-graphs, combined with these. Especially since many areas have reached a “price ceiling” in many respects.
DOM figures, and cost of capital (equity/mortgage ratios), relative to sales price figures like the ones shown in these charts are what will combine to make or break an investment.
