Boise, Idaho real estate market situation and outlook

The article complains about the slow down in Boise area “Treasure Valley” home sales but this quote on inventory says a lot.

According to the MLS, the inventory of homes in the Valley has declined 10 percent since mid-September, or from 6,814 on Sept. 11 to 6,156 as of late Tuesday morning. As the inventory shrinks, builders will have to start building homes again, according to one industry member.
