‘Illegal’ land sale stalls home in Chandler area

The land seller was a Realtor! I should start a dumb Realtor feature.

It’s bad when your quote in the newspaper about your clients is,

“They’re probably going to sue me, and I’ll sue the Real Estate Department,” Scremin said. “I don’t have any money.”

Suing the Arizona Department of Real Estate!? Yeah, that’s going to work.
