I ignored the article in the Tucson Explorer free weekly paper because it was so bad.

However, since the RealEstateJournal.com picked up on it I’ll at least link to it.

ASU just released data for December so I don’t have time to detail how inaccurate the Explorer article is.

Nevertheless, to look on the bright side I should point out that the Explorer’s disinformation can benefit home buyers with accurate information, they’ll have less competition from the disinformed.
