Bob Bruss.

- ARE STUCK WINDOWS A HOME DEFECT?

- UNTIL YOU HOLD TITLE, YOU HAVEN’T INHERITED ANYTHING

- MORTGAGE LENDERS DON’T HAVE TO ACCEPT TWICE-MONTHLY PAYMENTS

- WHO GETS FORFEITED DEPOSIT IF HOME BUYER DEFAULTS?

- EX-NUNS DON’T WANT ANY HASSLES

Bob Bruss disagrees RE: reason for sale? Only if Seller agrees to have Realtor disclose. Fiduciary of listing agent is to Seller not Buyer.
Forfeited deposit? Depends on reason, if got cold feet probably loses deposit, if didn’t qualify for loan, sale most likely dependant on loan approval.
