The Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona had an auction of a surplus 1.35 acre lot on the northwest corner of Doubletree Ranch Road and Scottsdale Road but no bids were received. The town set the minimum bid at $900,000.
The lot is zoned residential as is nearly all of Paradise Valley but it’s on one of the busiest corners in Paradise Valley, AZ.
