Last weekend I had a fun, romantic weekend in LA with my wife, Liz, at a relationship seminar In Sync with the Opposite Sex. I highly recommend all of Alison Armstrong’s relationship stuff. I don’t think there’s anyone on the planet that understands men as well as she does.
This weekend I’m off to a big family party in Vacaville, California. My oldest brother is turning 60 next week and is therefore forced to retire as a captain at Southwest Airlines. On his last flight tomorrow from Phoenix to Oakland, it will be a bit of a party with a lot of family members on board.
Oh yeah, and my real estate practice is doing GREAT!

Are other zip codes than 85260, 85254 and 85032 doing that good? I get your emails on these zip codes and it looks awful dismal right now. Things seem to be going from bad to worse. The media really seem to be jumping on board now and openly questioning reports from NAHB and NAR.
