San Diego housing may have hit bottom

Ah, the wonders of lowered expectations!

It feels so good when you stop banging your head against a wall.

Nevertheless, I think of Anderson as leaning pessimistic so this is significant for San Diego real estate.

The Anderson forecasters, who took the lead in predicting a housing slowdown nearly four years ago, project that prices will decline by less than 2 percent through next summer, then start to rebound.
