Sales of multiunit complexes have been brisk again this year, and the trend shows no sign of slowing now that the condo-conversion craze has come to a halt.
I believe there is a lot of REIT money out there pushing the apartment market up despite the collapse of the condo conversion craze. Correct me if I’m wrong.
