What’s the value of location?

While searching for homes in Scottsdale for a client this evening, I ran across a Scottsdale home that’s gotta be the same model as one I have listed in Queen Creek.

Scottsdale – List Price $699,500

Queen Creek – List Price $339,000

Well, I guess the answer is easy. In this case, location is worth $360,500.
