This home was on a Realtor tour today and the clear consensus was that it should be priced at $499,900.

And now it is.

Don’t expect this home to last long at this price.

BTW, the Realtors LOVED the home! One even said it was “pristine” which shocked me because Realtors love to find things wrong with homes.
