- 1 new Chandler zip code will be added, 85286.
- 2 Chandler zip codes will have major changes to their boundaries, 85248 and 85249.
- The boundaries of 3 Chandler zip codes will remain unchanged, 85224, 85225 and 85226.

Will this have any affect at all on property values? For example homes once in 85248 that are now in the new zip of 85286?

Nah, I don’t see that.
The new zip codes are important to me because of my publication, Home Sale News, where people subscribe to an email newsletter about home sales in their zip code.
The change in the zip codes will cause a lot of confusion among subscribers so I wanted to help them find their new zip code.
