The metro Phoenix got 9 new zip codes on July 1 and the boundaries of several other zip codes changed, especially in Gilbert.

Home Sale News subscribers should subscribe to both their new and their old zip codes for a while. Home sales using the new zip codes should start appearing in the next few weeks.

Gilbert

2 new zip codes, 85295 and 85298, and tons of boundary changes to 3 others, 85234, 85296 and 85297. One zip code, 85236 (Higley), was discontinued. Gilbert zip code map.

Chandler

1 new zip code, 85286, and some boundaries changes to 85248 and 85249. Chandler zip code map.

Scottsdale

1 new zip code, 85266. The old 85262 west of Pima Road became the new zip code. North Scottsdale zip code map.

Phoenix

1 new zip code, 85083. The old 85085 west of I-17 became the new zip code. No zip code map yet.

Avondale

1 new zip code, 85392. The old 85323 north of I-10 became the new zip code. No zip code map yet.

Goodyear

1 new zip code, 85395. The old 85338 north of I-10 became the new zip code. No zip code map yet.

Pinal County

Home Sale News does not cover Pinal County, nevertheless, Pinal County got 2 new zip codes.

The old 85242 (Queen Creek) east of Meridian Road, the county line, is now 85240.

Maricopa also has a new zip code.
