This guy is a genius. A guy with a shady past suckers the hopeless into big dreams of getting rich quick and also runs a pyramid scheme. Sounds like something a wall street broker would do. Invest in Michigan? Are these people nuts? Ever hear of “buyer beware”? I guess that concept is clouded in the brainwashing seminars. If you want to learn about real estate go to a bookstore, sit down, and read one of the hundreds of books on the topic. It’ free. TomAski.
