Phoenix one of 10 best places for real estate deals

It’s been a while since Phoenix real estate made a 10 best list.

It’s a bit surprising that Forbes.com and real estate perma-bear Economy.com even have a list of the 10 best places for real estate deals.

However, they are looking beyond next year towards the future.

Say, now that I think about it didn’t Forbes have a recent article that had Phoenix as one of the 10 worst markets!
