Earlier this year I had a client from London and lately I’ve had several calls from Canada about buying Arizona real estate.

Arizona laws and customs about buying real estate are very different compared to some other States, not to mention other countries.

Therefore, to help Canadian and British buyers understand some of the basics of the process in Arizona, I created a mini-web site called, appropriately enough, HowToBuyArizonaRealEstate.com.
