Why newspaper real estate ads don’t sell homes

There is disagreement among agents about whether newspaper ads are effective in helping agents attract new clients. The conventional wisdom is, however, that newspaper ads don’t help sell homes.

And as newspaper circulation declines, whatever effectiveness they have is further diminished.

With the huge increase in population in Phoenix since March 2005, it’s stunning that the Arizona Republic’s circulation is down 14.7% in 2.5 years!

The median home price in Phoenix hasn’t fallen that much.

It’s a bubble.
