I’ve been thinking about doing audio (podcast) interviews for this blog for a long time. Now, Drew of Zillow Blog interviewed me about doing the Carnival of Real Estate on Sunday.
The interview turned out great which makes me want to try some interviews here.

John, podcasting for a real estate guy eh? I think the challenge is how to make the topic appeal to a local audience… hm mm… home stagers, inspectors, mortgage people, etc. things and people who have the ability to be of interest to a real estate client in your neck of the woods.

You should interview the ASU Real Estate Professor - that would be interesting or the Scottsdale mayor.

How about interviews with green builders and city officials involved with developing more green building? That would be very interesting.
