New Case-Shiller data in today. Here is the Year over Year damage (October 2006 vs. October 2007):
Los Angeles: down 9.7% San Francisco: down 6.6% San Diego: down 12.5% Las Vegas: down 12% Miami: down 14.1% Phoenix: down 11.8%
