How Arizona home prices look to Canadians

January 10th, 2008 · 1 Comment

How cheap do Arizona homes look to Canadians? Plenty cheap.

With the appreciating Canadian dollar, Arizona home prices have dropped precipitously… if you are paying with Canadian dollars.

These two graphs should give you an idea of what all the Canadians are excited about. It’s been more than 30 years since the exchange rate was this good for Canadians.

I read on your website where the Canadians are looking for homes in Pinal county. We are selling our 3381 sq/ft 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath custom home on 2.85 acres at the National Real Estate Auction this Sat ( 01-19-09). The opening bid is $ 559,300.00. The home is located close to Coolidge. If you have any Canadian’s looking for a beautiful home with plenty of room for their horses and a roping arena close by, send them to the auction or contact us. We would love to work a deal with you! The roping equestion arena next to us is packed with Canadian ropers every winter!
