Agents say coastal Carlsbad is one of the most sought-after places to buy, in slow times as well as booms. Besides its proximity to the beach, it has top schools, high-tech companies with high-paying jobs and a relatively new housing stock built in master-planned communities.
When we go to San Diego to the beach, we usually go to Carlsbad.
Numbers are nice but graphs are better.
It looks like South County and East County home prices aren’t much above where they were 4 years ago.
