Over 2,200 square feet for $74,900!

Dear Bargain Hunters, yes it’s true!

Of course… it’s in my father’s home town of Carrington, North Dakota. It’s brisk this time of year but the price is right!

(My dad used to enjoy the hell out of calling everyone he knew back in North Dakota whenever there was a particularly frigid cold snap back home. He moved to Arizona soon after WWII.)

So don’t tell me there aren’t bargains out there! The summers are nice and the people are great!

On the downside, finding a good job might be tough and the high temperature today will be only 3 degrees. But the homes are cheap, Bargain Hunters!

[How many of you think it’s overpriced?]

stories like that always reminds of me of the bubbleheads who whine by saying, “jeez, Phoenix is so overpriced, you can go elsewhere and find a home for $75K”.
