The developers of this project formerly know as Los Arcos are going to the City of Scottsdale for rezoning. They only want building as tall as 5 stories.
There have been a ton of promises about SkySong next door but the only building there now is spectacularly blah. It’s brand new but it looks like it was built in the 1980’s, an amazing architectural feat.
