I don’t know how much authority the Arizona Department of Real Estate has in the matter but they do seem to want to help.

Before leaving the Phoenix area the contractors from Randall Martin patched cracks in the exterior stucco of my home, but they did not paint over the patchwork. How do I find out what color the exterior is because at Home Depot they could not match the color without a non stucco piece from the house. I looked through my paperwork and found a code and it was labeled Cottage Scheme #2. What can I do next? Thank you!
