North Scottsdale and P.V. median home sale prices are still hanging tough even though sales are still quite low.
Sun City 85351 had a nice increase in the number of homes sold.

Most zip codes that I checked didn’t see any significant changes.
By the way, I haven’t looked at all the zip codes. If you see something interesting, please point it out in a comment. I would like to check it out.
March is the Big Month
March is a bellwether month. We know closings will increase significantly in March. We don’t know how much will they increase.
The answer to that question will tell us a lot about how the rest of 2008 will play out for the Arizona residential real estate market.

John, March will indeed be a good litmus test in AZ and around the country. It will be very interesting to see your charts of March later in April and the Shiller data a few weeks later (in May).

You add a lot to the discussion. I haven’t checked your previous posts but I recommend you always have your name linked to your blog or website. That is what blogging is all about.
