Wandering through the Zip Code Real Estate Notebooks in the right-hand margin, I came to this conclusion;
- The worst zip codes have seen a $50 per square foot fall in median home price from the peak.
- The typical zip codes have seen a $40 per square foot fall in median home price from the peak.
- The best zip codes have seen a $30 per square foot fall in median home price from the peak.
Do you know the size of your home?
Do the math.

Walt S,
You can do it yourself by browsing Chandler and Gilbert zipcodes “Real Estate Notebooks.”
You can find links to them in the right hand column.
I’m swamped right now.

buckybadgerlover,
There is a TON of interest in Arizona homes right now. Not surprisingly, many buyers are very cautious about making offers. It will be interesting to see how much of that interest translates into purchases.
In the last month I’ve seen a few homes with surprisingly good prices.
