I just realized that yesterday was the second birthday of Arizona Real Estate Notebook!
It’s seen a lot of changes and it sure has been useful to a lot of people.
This blog / web site has had nearly 250,000 visits since it’s inception!

John,
Happy Birthday Arizona Real Estate Notebook, and thank you, ever so much, for the time, effort, and more importantly, ENTHUSIASM you put into your fantastic site. I regret I didn’t get to find it until fairly recently. For the “lay student” of real estate, and as an amateur, I’d dare say, even professionals, the Notebook gives one the tools to learn what’s happening in many facets of the real estate world, simultaneously. You make “number-geeking” COOL!
Lastly, if I may digress and momentarily go off topic, I am honored to address the brother of one of my favorite judges in the entire system: Neal Wake. I regret there are not enough who think like him. Obviously, the brains run very well in the family.
