UPDATED - Zip Code Real Estate Notebooks

I just uploaded the sales data for 124 zip codes in Maricopa County, Arizona.

The number of single family detached homes sold increased significantly in several zip codes in May, however, the median sold price per square foot continued to drift lower in most zip codes.

John,

Great presentation, and “thank you” for including Ahwatuke! Others disagree with me on the other blog, but your research confirms what I believe, that prices/sq/foot are almost at the bottom. Obviously, if we stay in this recession, they may come lower, but it sure looks like as they get lower, buyers are appearing. Great work!

I’d like to share your view Philip, but with inventories and foreclosures at an all time high, anything is possible. I’d like to see this graph for the Phoenix area to see when we are going to get out of that mess:
