1 MARK 09.18.08 at 7:24 am: At least there is a possibilty that these “bought” legislators may be caught and prosecuted. The greedy financial advisers & investors if let loose w/o legislation have no reason to worry about being caught or be transparent with their immoral and unethical behavior.
