17.3% of subprime mortgages behind on payments in Arizona

When I think about it, it’s kind of amazing that the other 82.7% are current on their mortgage payments because most of them must be under water.

“About 17.3 percent of the 180,000 Arizona homeowners with subprime mortgages are late making their payments, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.”
