Dow below 10,000 - Things are tough all over

Gee, the stock market falls below 10,000 and hasn’t been this low since October 2004.

Join the club.

Phoenix home prices haven’t been this low since November 2004.

Get over it!

Notwithstanding all the financial pain, there are a lot of great real estate deals out there for savvy investors. At least those with the foresight to have money on hand…
