I’m looking forward to it!
On the one hand, Phoenix home sales should be high in September because many people rushed out to buy a Phoenix area home before they “outlawed” letting sellers pay the buyers’ down payment. The question is, “How strong and where?”.
On the other hand, the October home sales will be more important because the down payment assistance programs were gone in October and the economic news was terrible in October. Any Phoenix area zip codes with strong home sales in October would show real home price strength and, I think, would be fast approaching a price bottom.
