I read your comment on The Phoenix Real Estate Guy’s blog about Inman News and his long-time realtor not cutting her commission.
I’m ticked at Inman News as well. I have lost all respect for Brad Inman because around the 4th of July 2008, Brad Inman wrote a post not only criticizing Realtors but blaming them for the sub-prime mortgage mess. He’s a “respected”? news source that wants Realtor participation, directs his blog towards Realtors, yet blasts them. That post didn’t stick around long and doubt if a lot of people even saw it.

ZipRealty was looking at searches from their web site and I don’t know if they handle Texas.
