I had a very frustrating technical problem which prevented anyone from subscribing or, worse, unsubscribing from Home Sale News from January 22 to 30.

Thankfully, the solution came to me. (Who is the patron saint of computer problems? I need that statuette bad. It’s about that only time I pray. )

It was easy to fix… in a way. Like most computer problems, finding out what is causing the problem is the real problem – it takes many hours to find the problem and only 1 minute to fix it.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience!
