Home sale charts for 124 Phoenix area zip codes updated with April 2009 data

All the zip code real estate charts available via the list of zip codes in the right-hand column have now been updated through April 2009 with the number of home sales, the median home price and the median home price per square foot.

Okay, okay, I know the video is too wide but what the heck, it needed to be extra wide to take in the graph at the end of the video comparing Tempe 85281 and its neighbor, Mesa 85201.

You know, I think the video was fine the size it turned out. Actually, it kind of accentuated the point. I’m wondering how lake houses are doing in comparison to these areas. I’d be interested in seeing the correlation between amenities, it’s always interesting to see where people are migrating to and why.
