Rio Verde Foothills is Scottsdale’s Queen Creek

by John Wake on July 7, 2009

It’s the non-Scottsdale part of Scottsdale. It’s a large area of county land east of Scottsdale’s Troon North. It has large lots, horses, fewer regulations, peace and quite and lots of shared wells.

This unincorporated area is commonly called Rio Verde Foothills but some Realtors in the area have taken to calling it The Foothills of North Scottsdale.

And home prices are crazy low. In the last 30 days, 24 homes sold with an average price of $112 per square foot!

I can email you Rio Verde Foothills homes as soon as they hit the market or have a price reduction. The best homes sell quickly. Fill out this form.
