Did you notice the new “Call Me” logo in the right-hand column? You can call me for FREE from anywhere in the United States complements of Google Voice.
- Click the “Call Me” logo near the top of the right-hand column
- Put in your name and phone number and press “Connect”
- Google Voice will ring both of us at the same time on the same line
Call anytime! If it’s late, it’ll go to voicemail so just leave a message for the morning.
Did I mention there are no long distance charges when you call from within the United States? (Although, if you put in your cell phone number, the call would probably be counted as part of your cell phone minutes for the month.)

Regarding google voice, how does it work? Do I need a microphone?
Does it go through my regular phone?

Alice, It goes through your regular phone. You fill out the form (after clicking the “Call Me” logo) and Google calls you and calls me at the same time. You pick up on the phone number you put into the form. I pick up on one of my phones.
If I don’t pick up you can leave a voicemail. Google transcribes your voicemail into text and emails it to me so I have your voicemail as both voice and as email! Cool!

I am a retired Realtor. I own 3 homes. One in Spokane WA, Two in SCW. The “extra house” in SCW is at 21020 125th on the golf course.
We live in Spokane 6 mo and SCW 6 mo at 20432 N Aurora SCW.
I am interested in exchanging the 21010 125th for a smaller condo in the range of 1200 to 1400 sq ft. The home at 21010 is rented and I would move my renter to the newly acquired condo.
I completelely remodled the home at 21010 125th -new carpet, removed popcorn and painted entire interior, new appliances, new tile, etc. I have $285,000 in the property. I have researched the market and feel that a fair price would be $245,000. I home free and clear and want to exchange. I will carry the paper on the equity difference.
I am experienced in Exchanges. From 1992 to retirement I owned Custom 1031, Inc. and have preformed over 10,000 exchanges.
Please advise.
