Calculated Risk says, “House prices are now falling again – and this will show up in the Case-Shiller index soon” and “This is probably the end of the ‘good’ housing news for a while.”
I should go over to The Cromford Report and see if our local data is showing weaker prices. The data I’ve seen through November hasn’t shown a price decline but you can look into the future a bit with The Cromford Report numbers.
