- Southeast Valley – Generally flat or up median home prices
- Scottsdale Area – A few signs median prices may be leveling off but generally down
It looks like some zip codes, particularly in the West Valley, have probably bottomed out. However, the median home prices in most zip codes don’t have a clear direction.
