Polaroid photo used in the MLS!

by John Wake on January 6, 2010

I think this is hilarious!

An actual Polaroid picture is used in a Phoenix MLS listing!

I give the listing agent an “A+” for persistence, it must have been a bear to somehow upload a Polaroid picture into the MLS! Unfortunately, I’m going to have to give him an “D” for effective marketing.

You would hope this was a hoax or the prelude to an episode of PUNKED. It really is a shame that there are always those out there that represent a profession in a manner that is less that positive. But I guess it beats the “photos to come”……….

Sad but I find such sloppy work not surprising at all. I have property Management handling my homes in the Phx metro and if I didn’t do my own marketing my properties would just sit. Change companies you might say? I’ve already done so three times.

I once had a realtor cancel me because I bitched so much about his lousy pictures…The house did eventually sell even without him!!!

Well, when he asked to borrow a camera, that’s all I had.
