Phoenix home PRICE trends - Continued flat
Despite January usually being the weakest month of the year for home prices, prices remained generally flat in January. In some areas the price trend is clearly up.

All things considered flat is good.
These days with maybe 40% of properties being bought by investments (who likely plan to re-sale at a later time) it’s going to take at least another two years before the Phx metro inventory really begins clearing.
