I’m quoted in Phoenix Magazine!

Alert reader Lauren K. emailed me to say I was quoted in a Phoenix Magazine article about a real estate wheeler dealer.

The article used a snarky quote of mine from a September 2008 post, “‘The blog Arizona Real Estate Notebook observed at the time: ‘Ahhh, real estate! You can file for bankruptcy protection for your old company while creating a new multi-million dollar real estate investment company the same week.’â€
