Highlights of Screencast of Phoenix Real Estate Market

El Mirage and Maryvale may be trending slightly lower after being some of the first zip codes to trend slightly higher last year.
Sun City West strong.
Anthem still looks good.
I’m guessing more downward potential in the western part of the Southeast Valley, while places like old town Gilbert look solid.
