Well, I guess it’s more accurate to say the Phoenix employment market is doing great… relatively.
I’m just thinking ahead!
Increased employment will increase the demand side of the real estate market equation. Of course, it looks like the supply side of the equation will be high for years to come with our expected high levels of foreclosures and short sales. Nevertheless, don’t forget to watch for changes in the demand side.
